Description

Objectives in terms of knowledge, course content:

This topic presents the strategies for high throughput sequencing, RNA-seq, identification of genes or molecular alterations involved in physiology and pathology, screening on cells, screening platforms and multi-omics approaches.

This topic presents the principles and applications of proteomics, quantitative mass spectrometry, Bioinformatic tools for the treatment of high throughput proteomic data, characterization of proteins and complexes, supramolecular MS, exchanges hydrogen/deuterium, ionic mobility, post-translational modifications. Identification of proteins involved in pathologies.

Compétences visées

To know high throughput technologies including the omics (analyses of RNA and proteins) as well as cellular and pharmacological screenings.
