Learning objectives :
  • Description, topology and general properties of cellular networks. Examples of cellular networks.
  • Network motifs : autoregulation, feed-forward loop. ... Examples of networks motifs and of their cellular function. Robustness of biological circuits.
  • Dynamics of simple regulatory networks (bistability, oscillations). Stochasticity and noise in biological networks
