  • Network motifs : autoregulation, feed-forward loop. ... Examples of networks motifs and of their cellular function. Robustness of biological circuits.
  • Dynamics of simple regulatory networks (bistability, oscillations). Stochasticity and noise in biological networks

Compétences visées

The objective of this course is make connections between high-throughput experimental analysis of biological systems, and the integration of the these data.

The course presents the basic knowledge that allows to understand the emergence of complex cellular behaviour.
