Objectives in terms of knowledge (course content):
  • Master essential knowledge to advanced techniques for identifying, separating or purifying proteins. , such as physicochemical analysis, liquid chromatography, gel filtration or the concentration of protein samples.
  • Establish and develop a large scale strategy, protein analysis and purification.
  • Exploit and adapt the technological diversity to a single problem.
  • Mobilize transversal knowledge in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Molecular and Cell Biology, Organic Chemistry...
