- Bioinformatic tools for the treatment of high throughput proteomic data
- Characterization of complexes, supramolecular MS, exchanges hydrogen/deuterium, ionic mobility
- Characterization of proteins, post-translational modifications
- Identification of proteins involved in pathologies
- High-throughput screenings strategies (molecular and cellular)
