Description du contenu de l'enseignement
Objectives in terms of knowledge (course content):
- Master essential knowledge to advanced techniques for identifying, separating or purifying proteins. , such as physicochemical analysis, liquid chromatography, gel filtration or the concentration of protein samples.
- Establish and develop a large scale strategy, protein analysis and purification.
- Exploit and adapt the technological diversity to a single problem.
- Mobilize transversal knowledge in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Molecular and Cell Biology, Organic Chemistry...
Compétences à acquérir
Objectives in terms of skills:
- Establish and evaluate experimentally a strategic plan for protein purification.
- Develop the ability to use separation tools in the field of protein engineering.
- Develop methodological skills at the level of the research and development program.
